Triathlon Swim Training Video

I've never participated in a triathlon (bad knees mainly) but my wife and a number of her friends do quite often. I think the triathletes in the forum will appreciate this both funny and painful swim training video......

thanks Gator - I'll check that out, i do the odd Tri and i HATE swimming with a passion.

5'9 and 14 stone does not lend itself to swimming
