Default Boxing Info

I don't know how many people are interested in learning more about boxing , but I myself would like to see more info. So I will post the information I have been lucky enough to obtain and if anyone else has anything please post it as well. I like Boxing I know a fair amount about it, so from time to time I will share what I know if anyone has any questions or if anyone wants to add anything, feel free.

thanks,

ITS1

Waterdragon,

Yes I do mean more technical info, such as training routines, some weight lifting exercises that are beneficial to boxers. I have access to some of that stuff! And thanks for the tip!
