My younger brother is very much into boxing and I used to sparr alot with him, also took classes for a few months but dropped out cos I moved to the capital whayhay! so I know exactly what you mean about the love it bit

even tho nackered I never used to want to leave that gym

! I still know roughly the moves etc but am now too fat and weak so out of practice hehe

! I'll definitly also b taking it up again when I get my health and fitness back, just basically eat healthy keepup the warmups and leg stretches and find someone, they don't have to b into bxing too just someone like a friend or family member to sparr with regularly.
