Default Knee Injury

I had knee surgery on my right knee and got about 80% of the cartilage removed and a screw put in to hold the rest of the cartilage in place. I wrestle and I may have re-injured at practice but there was no major injury. The knee just started popping and now when i walk it clicks and sometimes hurts in the back or middle(inside)of my knee. Let me know what you think because I want to continue to wrestle.

hey, afstud066! welcome to the EF community!

i think the first think you need to do, and i believe the rest of the guys will agree, is follow up with your doc on your knee.

this may not be much to go on, but i hope it's not serious. so, the only way to find out is to find out...

wishing you well!

Might be scar tissue thats formed on top/bottom of the cartilage. Get to the doc, don't mess around with stuff you need later to play with your kids or whoever. The wrestling may have to take a back seat despite your interest if you want to maintain your ability to stay active later in life.
