you cant just speed up sleep you can learn to go to sleep faster to save a little time or just get used to not sleepin alot you get used to less sleep after a while
or you can eat a whole camel before you go to sleep some vitamin in their teeth and intestines puts you in "hypersleep" but thats if you wana eat a camel your choice

no way to speed in a short period...your body has a sleep bank and everytime you don't get enough, it adds up, and it also gets empty when you sleep too much.

Wait what? It's true that if you don't get enough sleep, it starts to take its toll time after time, but sleeping for 24 hours straight won't resettle the effects of having been awake for 3 days in a row.
