Doctors?
Are there any doctors / medical experts out there who visit here?
I came acroos this video and they claim the child has harlequin baby syndrome. Is this a real condition?????

man that actually gave me a uneasy feeling, but im sure its real. ive seen worse pics from mothers who would drink and use drugs while pregnant. im actually scared to do a google search to verify more info on it.

I've google for "harlequin baby syndrome", and it seems to be a very rare, but very severe genetic disorder that mainly affects the skin.

I work as a therapist in a large hospital and I have seen this condition only once. The video is most likely real, or at least it appears to be consistent with the physical symptoms. Ditto the link above

Wow that was an unsettling video. It seemed to be ntentionally filmed/edited to be a shock video; the way it started from behind and moved to the front. I doubt that poor infant had much of a chance.
As posted above, it's a real, usually fatal condition. The oldest known survivor is a British woman (18 yrs): http://www.mymultiplesclerosis.co.uk...harlequin.html
The condition doesn't look too unusual, certainly better than many burn victims.
