Default spinal injuries

im currently in my 9th week of training to get back to were i used 2 be before breaking my neck, and have to say things are looking great. for any person who has suffered a spinal injury, dont let it get you down! ive had 3 surgerys one on the neck, and 2 on lower lumbar. i wasnt ready to throw the cards in so to speak! i figured there are many proffesional athletes still competing with injuries such as i have, so if they can i can recover too. i looked at there lives and used that for inspiration. i started with intense cardio and watched my diet like a hawk and shed the body fat first and did total body workouts every other day. i know it is intense, but thats me.....im an intense kinda person. now im starting the bulk phase but will still try to mantain body fat levels wich i have before in the past.
for anybody who has sustained these types of injurys, dont give up! anythings possible man if you put your mind to it!
same goes for any injury. its all in your head weither you let it defeat you!

Default

a little background info. most people who live in the country farmers, ranchers, in general usually live a very physically demanding lifestyle. ie wrestling steers come branding season, hefting 100lb. bags of feed all day, loading 65lbs bails of hay by hand on a trailer. a good portion of the kids i see could actually pack on some serious muscle if they would just increase their diet and protein intake with all the demanding work that needs to be done daily. most of them are unusually strong for there looks as a result of there hard lifestyle. it is that lifestyle ive been so used to living as to why i have the energy levels i have.
