Default Fasting

Hellooooo!!

I has to has some check-ups on Tuesday which require fasting from 2:00am Monday morning :\

Good timing eh?

Anyway, cause I'm trying to cut right now, I'm mainly worried about the storing that I'll be doing and metabolism slowing things. Is there anything I can do about that? Or will it not set me back too much? The comp is on the 21st of September so I still have more than 10 weex

GG,

The only reason you fast before a medical exam or for running labs is so they get a true sugar count in your blood. For the purposes of you cutting for a comp, it should not hurt you. Its only for a few hours which over the period of 10 weeks from now should have no affect on you become ripped and cut.

I hope this helps...

Frank

Like Law Dawg said, you should be OK. Fasting for blood work etc. is standard stuff.

You should check with your doctor, but when I had to fast, it was for a day and a half. I took lots of amino acids to help preserve muscle. Might not be a bid idea to do.
