headaches, headaches, headaches
hi all,..im new to this board..but i had a question
so far, this is the 4th day of my cyto/clen cycle...and ive had HORRIBLE migraines....to the point i had to leave work for two days straight and lay down....thankfully, i stumbled across exedrin migraine medicine..but i was wondering, is this ok? i mean, since im seeing a side effect, it will still work, right??
yesterday i took 60mcg's clen and 25mcg's cyto all at once, BIG MISTAKE...today i took 25mcg's cyto and 20mcg's clen in the morning.....no headaches!.i still have 3 more clen's to take throughout the day, but i have the exedrin migraine on hand in case!
just wwanted to know if it was ok that i am experiencing severe headaches, a symptom of clen.
