I took 1/2 of a 100 mg pill. My girl and I were on vacation at the beach with another couple. We had a kick ass 2 bed room condo with balcony looking out over the ocean. Anyhow, we had a nice dinner with our friends and a few drinks then went back to the condo around 12:00. My buddy and I split the 100mg pill, each taking a half, then we retired with our ladies to the respective bed rooms.

Ok, I have to say that the sex was awsome...hardest blue vien throbber I've ever had! I could have used it as a hammer and driven nails! We did it litterally all night. I'm as close to an expert on this med as your likely to find. Before you laugh, it's because I used to sell it- not take it (at least not often). First the bad. The most common side effects are headache, facial flushing, upset stomach, blurred vision and seeing everything framed in a "blueish" tint. A lot of people get the headache, it's kind of like a head cold that lasts maybe an hour or so. Do NOT use this drug if you have high blood pressure or have ever had any type of cardiac episode. People have died or gone blind using it that have a history of CVD. Using it recreationally too much has been shown to cause dependence resulting in erectile dysfunction in healthy guys (even younger ones that keep in shape). Unless you want to have to pop one every time you want to get it up, use it sparingly. Now the good. It works. If you take it atleast half an hour before you want it to work, you will notice a big difference. You will get a ridiculous hard-on and after orgasm you'll be up again in no time. It varies from person to person, but it usually lasts for about 4 hours and has some residual effects up to 12 hours later. It comes in 25, 50, & 100mgs. Don't try higher than 50 for the first time. Don't take it on a full stomach or too soon after a high fat meal because it will take significantly longer to reach a decent plasma level. That's pretty much it. My own personal experience is that it can be a lot of fun, especially on like a Saturday if you have a couple of hours to kill with your lady of choice.

BTW- look out for fakes. Most of what you can get on the "street" ain't the real stuff. It should be diamond shaped, light blue and it should say Pfizer on one side and VGR 25, 50 or 100 on the other.
