|How can you make a protein shake with natural ingrediants,
I am 13 Years old. I am not a body builder, but to make a natural protein shake that keeps me healthier than I already am. And what I mean by natural is like without the whey protein powder stuff, like making it with natural, household
items. Like examples of that would be like milk, fruits, and stuff like that. And if I can make this, then how many times a day should I drink it?
Does anyone have an idea please help me?
