The life of a parent! I have 3 at home with me ( I have custody.) I'm pretty upset about the surgery. I was sold a bill of goods . It's been over a year and I'm still limping like I did before the surgery. Training has been off and on, but now that everything is in place, the quest should resume next week.
Good to hear from you!

Hey.....been doing allright over here. Life's always busy with 2 little ones underfoot, lol! Just biding my time to get through winter, and then we'll be back to our disappearing acts for the week-ends to get away from it all.....training is coming along quite well, worked a bit over the winter to add some more muscle after leaning.....staying that course for the moment thus far. How bout you, still training....you had a surgery earlier, how'd that go?

Tough break, it sounds to me like the miniscus, probably a piece sheered off and has moved into position between top and bottom of the joint. When you sit, knees bent a gap forms behind the plate and a piece of loos material can float back and wreak havoc. Good news is if I'm right it's a scope procedure to correct with a short rehab... Hope I'm wrong, Keep your head up.
