Can someone help me?

Im crpytic, and i need some help. First i will describe myself. Im 17, 5"9-ish, and i weigh 87.5 kg (aussie guy here sorry folks) and ihave love handles, a stomach i dont want and thick thighs. My daily routine consists goingto high school between 9-3, and working mainly weekends. I stopped playing soccer on a weekly basis this year because my knees would not be able to handle it. My diet consists of cereal in the morning, whatever i feel like, with perhaps a glass of juice (pinapple or apple) or a glass of Milo energy drink. Mid morning, i have savoury biscuits, (4-5 oreo type biscuits), lunch a sandwich, and the walk home rarely my fruit for the day. Dinner is served at about 6-6:30pm, and it is a suitable diet, consisting of vegetables, meat and pasta. I have been told that i have love handles when i go swimming, and i am very embarrased at the fact. I want to loose this unnecessary weight and replace it with some muscle. I want to become fit again. I used to be able to run over a flat terrain for half an hour only stopping twice. Now, i stop 6 times, either to catch my breath, or to rest my knees.
Can someone help me?
