Cardio and clean eating.

As for cardio, try High Intensity Interval Training.

Have fun!

Um, I always thought a lot of low intensity training was a more efficient way to burn off fat. Of course, high intensity training will improve fitness or athletic performance (if that is your goal), it just seem a bit of an extreme way to achieve weight loss.

correct me if I am Wrong...

but if I eat 5-6 meals a day.. lean, and try to aviod flour and keep my carbs under one hundred grams a day. Along with my 4 days a week lifting and 4 days a week Cardio (ie: 15 min punching bag, 15 min bike...15 min running) I should be able to drop fat?

Wrong. Not completely wrong though. I'll break up your post and have separate replies for each part:

but if I eat 5-6 meals a day
thats a good amount
lean, and try to avoid flour and keep my carbs under one hundred grams a day
lean ok, not just flour, stay away from refined carbs white bread, white flour sugars (that arent natural fruit sugars) and etc. Carbs under 100 a day NOOOO! when u are working out you need carbs for energy, 100 is an iffy number for a sedentary person. Your carb intake should be around 50% (more/less depending on how much u workout) of your total caloric intake.

Your cardio and workout days seem to be in the right amount and everything, depending on what u do for weight training.
