Default What types of foods?

Hi everyone!
Im 16 years old, 6 feet tall and 200lbs.
I can bench 225lbs for 10 reps and curl 100lbs for 10 reps on an EZ curl or barbell bar. So its not as if Im just some fat blob, Im mostly muscle with a layer of fat on me.

Anyways, Im a bit fat and its really a downer. I workout alot, but I still have a noticable portion of fat on me (sorry I dont know my BMI).
I can see some of my abs when I wake up in the morning and havent eaten, but they arent noticable during the day. I also have some fat in the chest area that I would like to get rid of.

Im looking for foods that will not cause me to lose muscle mass but perhaps will help me to lose fat mass without too much working out.
I guess tuna would be a good example, but it tastes pretty nasty after awhile.
And Im not afraid to go on extreme diets either, if it will help me to get more defined, then Im all for it!

P.S- I dont mind giving out reps!!
