Need some more info...

Are you currently working out? If so, describe your routine in detail so we can give feedback. Also, how much of what are you eating and how frequently? Do you take any supplements? How tall are you? (I presume you are 56kg so about 120 pounds?)

As for the opposite sex, that would also require much more detail, but should be asked/posted in the Relationships/Sex forum.

I was about to say, 56 pounds holy crap? But then my mind went into actual think mode, and I realized you meant kgs. Increase your carb and protein intake. But like tooncesthecat said, we need more information before we can offer you help man.

Being bigger won't make you get along with girls. Girls ain;t after size, they're after people. Maybe you should start by not feeling so sorry for yourself, that's at least one thing that keep 'em away.

56kg isn't much, but not knowing how tall you are, nor whether you are, or plan to train, doesn't help much. However, there is only one thing that can get you to grow, it's food. Eat, eat eat. And if you want to make sure you put the weight on at the right place, train train train. Doesn't get any simpler than that!

I eat 2-3 times a day, i used suppliments before but they only started to be as substitue of the routine daily eating! like it makes me feel full so i cant eat and i'm 21 years old, university student.

Not sure what "in caliber gym" means. Is this a name of a gym or some type of gym?

Then why do you do this?

What type of supplements made you not feel like eating. They should not be a substitute for eating, like you said, but they can "supplement" your diet to make sure you get enough of certain nutrients which can sometimes be difficult to consume through diet alone.

If you want to put on some quality muscle (not just weight), then you'll have to eat more frequently and get enough calories from good food sources to do so. Read more about how to do that here:

well for starters its very obvious you arent eating enough. try breaking those meals down to 6 to 8 a day. your current weight you need to eat high carb high calorie high protein to gain weight and take a good look at the way your training. post a little info on your workout also so we can get a look at what your doing. its pretty obvious from the weight you posted your a hardgainer so thats why i said high on everything. that dosent meen tons of candy or burger king whoppers either. although the occasional whopper wont kill you either. good quality foods and plenty of it and a proper workout and you will see results.

You shouldn`t eat whatever (cakes, donuts ...) to gain weight. Better consult a doctor to find out the real reason.
