Results!
I have been on this diet for a mere 2 weeks, and i have lost 17lbs so far. Yes, most of that is water weight, but i wager about 7 lbs isnt.
I have a 4 pack now(the lower two pack is still a bit covered), and my weight is 240. Even with the caloric deficit i was able to rep 245 at the gym like i did at 257. I still probably lost alittle muscle, but it cant be that much considering my lifts have stayed the same. Im telling you, keeping protein levels high is CRUCIAL.
i am really surprised how much leaner i look. I took a pic of my abs yesterday, and they arent the full blown 6 pack like i want them to be, but it is DEFINATELY a start. I look so much better now than i did.
Despite the results, i am still open to suggestions and advice....
