What herbal supplements do you take?
Just wondering what some of the more popular supplements you 'lifters' are taking.
I'm currently taking glucosame/chondroitin, CoQ10, a probiotic, elderberry (for flu season) and maca extract. Along with a daily vitamin supplement.

Well, I don't know if you want "herbal" supps only (plants and plant derivatives) but here's what I take in general:
protein powder (casein/whey)
fish oil
BCAAs
DHEA
ZMA
creatine
glutamine
multi vitamins
Just started taking:
USP Super Cissus (for joint relief)
USP PowerFull (replacing the tribulus I had been taking. I'm 40 so trying to increase T naturally)
Eating fairly well but looking to improve this area in the next few months. Drinking lots of water.

im using everything toons has listed with the exception of DHEA also. toons research dhea and i bet i might turn you around to using it also because at our age ive noticed a decent improvement and besides it has immune boosting function also. probably one of the best supps 4 me anyways i havent gotten sick or caught any colds since beginning use.

What's the word on Cissus? It sounds interesting. Anything to help with strains or injuries sounds good.

What supplements out there are the "most" natural? I've heard that Nature Sunshine and Nurtilite have 100% all natural supplements.

Yeah Toonces is right, so many regulations in the government, they are turning a blind eye on DHEA. Can only truly get it here in Canada via special presciption status, even that is hard to obtain, unless you are "good buddies" with your doctor. The only thing close we can get "over the counter" is Tribulus, but that even is still not the same.

I only take a multi-vitamin now. Ive stopped wasting money on supplements and started using that money to buy more food. Seems to work a lot better that way.
