Tea Packets
Ok so this guy i work with brought in these tea packets by 4C that you pour into a bottle of water so i tried one and it taste pretty good, water gets boring after a while. anyways my question is i looked at the nutrition label and there is ablsolutely nothing in these.
0 cal
0 fat
0 sugars
0 carbs
0 sodium
0 everything
its is made with splenda i am just curious how that it can have nothing in it and also if these would corrupt my diet. i know the saying "if its too good to be true it usually is." thats kinda how im feeling about these now.

+1 on water getting god-awfully boring. I've looked at a few of the flavor packages (crystal light, lipton, etc) -- I couldn't find any that didn't contain some sort of fake sugar (aspartame, sucralose, splenda), which is kind of a deal-breaker for me. I think while they may technically be zero carb, I just don't believe it's actually true -- I've yet to see a study or a personal anecdote of people losing weight from switching from regular soda to diet. So I (personally) just think that they're a lie.
I don't know if you get the same health benefits of tea from the flavor packets -- I just end up making (real) tea all day long, and drinking liters of the stuff. And just sucking it up and drinking a ton of regular H2).

I drink Green Tea Sweetners that come in bottles of water and they are also sweetened with splenda with all the same nutrition facts you listed above. I am also concerned about what is really in these bottles of "water" and am a little hesitant everytime i drink one

Aspartame actually stimulates appetite like sugar. Splenda has been found to be much less of a culprit, and most endos (Drs who deal with diabetes and hypoglycemia) recommend it for their patients. I use Splenda in small amounts (I'm a bland oatmeal hater ) and I use Stevia. Stevia is an all natural sweetener and is the best choice out there, and doesn't have the detriments of aspartame.
Here is an alternate suggestion. First, you can make up green tea concentrate yourself and add to the bottled water. I know it's not as convenient as the pre-packaged products, but this way you are in control over your intake. I keep green tea bags at home and at work. For cold tea, I keep a container of really strongly brewed tea and add to taste to water. If you want a sweeter taste, try Stevia.

I'll second you on the Stevia, Bouncer. My mom is diabetic and controls her sugar entirely through diet and exercise. She uses the stuff and it's actually much sweeter than any of the other sweeteners (I believe) so you don't have to use much. She also pays close attention to the glycemic index and eats only foods low on the scale. Works like a charm!
