Girlfriend Needs Evening Snack Help!
My gf, has made amazing gains/losses (eh ehm, I need some recognition for her progress but I digress), her one sticking point is after dinner in the evening.
Plain cottage cheese is not going to cut it, so any ideas/recipes on a healthy snack pre-bedtime that both kills any sweet tooth hunger issues, but also is in-line with lifting/workout goals?
Thanks,

My ex girlfriend was a fitness freak and she would have a tea spoon of low-fat peanut butter in the evening if she had trouble with a craving. If I remember correctly she would do this two or three times a week to avoid eating chocolate. I don't know if your girlfriend likes peanut butter or not but my ex seemed to successfully control her late night hunger and sweet tooth that way.

Here's a nice and tasty treat.....1/2c fat free yogurt (any flavor will do, but I prefer strawberry or raspberry), 1tbsp natty peanut butter and 1scoop chocolate protein powder....peanut butter and jam!!!
or
10 almonds, 5-10 raisins and 1/2 protein bar chopped
or
cottage cheese and applesauce mixed with some cinnamon
or
vanilla protein powder mixed with 1/4c o.j and 1/4c f.f yogurt....yummy!

One banana.
The potassium in it will help replenish any post-exercise losses from muscle tissue and reduce blood pressure, the tryptophan in it will translate into serotonin meaning it is easier to relax before bed, the iron in it will help in many ways and the slow release sugars will help reduce appetite cravings until you're asleep.

Thanks!
Thanks everyone, I'll pass these along to her and see what she likes. I WISH I would have taken a pre workout picture about a year and a quarter ago before she started lifting in such a dedicated manner.
She is blessed genetically (girl had abs and quads without ever even lifting) and I told her when we met that if she would come over to the dark-side (lifting/following specific programs) she would see results. Well 1.25 years into it she has really hit her stride.
Bodyfat started out around 25% now down to around 18% weight was 136 at 5'4 and now a solid 130.5.
Deadlifts are 100lbs solid 12x
Walking Barbell Lunge 75 8x each leg (16x total)
Progress is great.
