I've never tried it...
but after watching a video of a guy named Junior, I'm really interested in it, mainly for fitness. I know he's a power-head too much but still... the strength is amazing...
anybody got advice for breaking in terms of developing fitness, or just for a totally new guy?
I'm worried about my body type not helping (6'2'', thin and NOT flexible) but I have really good balance (I can do a handstand on a chair with it balanced on two legs..)
Besides it looks awesome and I want to try!

I work that into my Fitness now, but I was with a few 'crews' in the 80s.
I used to use them in my danc and gymnastics competitions too!
