Ultimate Frisbee
Anyone in this forum into this fine game? My friends and i just managed to get a club running at my college and we play as often as we can during the week. Anything from throwing the disc around to something as large as 8v8.

Played a lot in high school (like 10 years ago... eep.) I once spent an entire summer perfecting my forehand.

Have you ever played team handball? Its kinda like that. The link below could tell you everything. Basically you have 2 teams on opposite sides of a field. One throws the disc to the other team...much like a football kickoff. Then the offensive person with the frisbee cant move...and has 10 seconds to throw the disc to a teammate. the object is to get the frisbee across the opposite goal line. There are many more subtleties involved, but thats pretty much the basic premise...Its very fun, especially with a good nuumber of people who also enjoy it.

Its a great game, and can be very competitive and active depending on who youre playing with. Some of our games to 21 will last for 2 hours or so, just because everyone is playing so hard.

Well I've never heard of this game, but it sounds and looks pretty interesting.

I have played frisbee.
I have even played disc golf which was cool.
Now a days, when I can, I play volleyball. Love the sport.

I have also played this in gym. Unfortunately, when you are stuck in gym class it really doesnt get that competetive. Id really like to try a more intensive game but I havnt had the chance to.
