Coco Crisp's Catch
Did anyone see that catch Coco Crisp made last night against the Mets?
Full speed, to his backhand, the ball was by him, completely laid out, amazing!
This pic doesn't do it justice, if I can find another, I'll post it.

That was one of the best games of the year. I am a devote Red Sox fan and the pitching duel between Schilling & Glavine was simply awesome. Coco's catch just added to things. I think the key thing to remember about this catch is that the ball was behind him he had to not only get full extention but also reach back for the ball. Johnny Damon would have NEVER caught that ball - idiot.
Go Sox.

It was sick - I just wish that there were a category for it in fantasy baseball

Don't sell Johnny Who too short. What he lacked in defensive capability, he more than made up for it in leadership qualities and I am convinced without Johnny Who in the line up we'd still be talking about "The Curse".
How about Schilling winning his 10th game? The man is amazing. I love him. I hope he pitches until he's 85.

You're right about that G, same goes for Millar, Pedro, Cabrera, etc.
BUT, they didn't go to the Yankees........when a beloved player goes to your arch enemy.......................

Agreed on both points....
the only problems I have with Johnny Who is....
1. he went to the Yankees
2. he left the sox for more money than they were willing to pay him....I agreed with both sides...yeah Johnny...go get yours and no, he's not worth the contract he was looking for....
It all fell apart when he comes out in the media all teary eyed saying his heart is in Boston and he loves Boston and he did everything he could to stay in Boston blah, blah blah....just come out and say it ya half-a-homo....I going for the money!! don't need to insult my intelligence...
and yes, God Bless Schilling....guys like him, the Rocket, Glavine...they are amazing!!
Besides all that, Coco has the coolest name in baseball!!
