I really thought more people would snowboard on here besides me. Oh well. Just got through with a nice storm so most of the lifts at my resort should be open now.

Long time rider here, bought myself a brand new Burton Canyon 5 years ago, used it once then was forced to move to Ohio where the biggest "mountain" is about 500 ft. So I'd like to sell my board if anyone is interested PM me. The board is 168 extra wide, Burton Mission bindings, and Burton travel bag.

Hey there, have been riding for a while, alternated with skiing for a few years but have decided to focus on my boarding a bit more...
No riding for me so far this season....no snow here in Ontario! It has been so mild this winter....
I am currently riding and Atomic Radon 164 with some Nitro bindings (which will be replaced ASAP!!!)

I'm not a boarder I'm a skier.
But no matter what your preference, there isn't anything happening here.
Haven't skied once this season yet.
Today it's 65f & raining......WTF???

weight is important too,
at 6 foot you should go for a 155 at least ... 70-85 kilo ... then its fine at that size ... more... go bigger...
go for a stiffer board if your not going to perform tricks all the time ...gives you more "carving-grip" on ice or hard snow ... good for going downhill fast...
youll be needing more flex if you go for tricks ...
testdrive binding and boots ALWAYS ... fitting them in the store wont tell you if you are comfortable with them...
