Hey guys,
I'm new and am training to be a fitness instructor at my local gym right now
Anyway, I've been browsing all of the different sports people do on here, and have felt inspired to try a few new things, haha. So I thought I'd share one of my daily physical activities aside from my workout, cuz it's fun and will kick your butt (and legs) if you take them uphill or on long distances:
They work your butt and inner thighs alot. I like them because they flow like a dance- I've been talking to the manager of the gym about buying a bunch of sets and running a class here, hehe.
That video kinda shows the more 'extreme' aspect of them as skateparks and stuff, but on a nice flat surface, it is absolutely elegant what you can do on these things! I'll try to find a better more fluid 'dancey' video link if you're interested.
