When I was young and dumb and full of ***I apprended a fleeing subject, and manage to put him down on the ground. I used my back to lift him and heard a pop on the lower bottom of the back. To this day, I workout the lower back using these types of exercises: Good-morning(bar only)bent-knee deadlifts(minimal weight) hyperextension, and sometimes -supermans. But whatever I use, and try to build the lower back, the pain is still on-going as I get older. I found these bandage type(hot/cold) patches work for a short time. Any advice for this dog. I do a lot of cardio and ab workouts to keep the back strong.
