Default excessive cramping

hey guys any thoughts ... i keep cramping up ... playing softball or even sitting at my desk if i flex/ sqeeze my hammy or calf or back too much it'll cramp up ...sometimes even after situps my abs will lock up ... ouch... never had this problem b4 .. now i'm an old fart pretending to be young and trying to play with the young boys still , i know i need to retire... i must admit i am taking a.s. but have b4 and never had this problem... i thought my potassium intake is in excess of 1000 mg a day ...

You stretch enought? Gentle warm-ups are also important...

most cramping is caused by not doing either of the above...Used ahve terrible cramps myself. I used stretch but not warm up. hehe used to lay into everything gutso with cold muscles...Let me know if this sorts it out?!

a huge factor of cramping would be your salt levels. either too high or too low will get you cramping faster.
also, how much water do you drink? i suggest keeping your body FULLY hydrated throughout the day. by that, i mean drink a few litres of water each and EVERY day.
dehydration will lead to cramping aswell as fatigue.
what AS u taking? ever done it before? need to know a few more details to try and iron out all factors.
