Check up revealed hernia by my bellybutton and had to get repaired so I did!
Was doind 700-1850 a week with no pain but now fixed,14 days feels OK & I feel great but incision has to be drained every week and have to take it easy.
My question for anyone who has had/known this condition how I should get back into my routine??
I figure if I did all those sits ups for years and did not notice I might push too hard and hurt it again but I have a run/lift compition 1st week in March!
Any help is greatly appreciated
