Default Hip Injury

Hi All

I have been suffering with a joint pain in my left hip for 2-3 weeks now. I can still stand up straight, run, and hell, i can even squat.

The problem occurs when i try and turn my leg through a range of motion from front facing to the side (as you might when doing a roundhouse kick). the pain is particularly evident when i try and sit cross legged as i cannot cross my bent left leg over the right, it just 'locks up' about halfway. It definatly feeels more like a joint pain than a muscular or tendon related problem.

Is ther anyone else who has had a similar ailment, or can offer any advice please. I have recently started a 6 day routine (3 day all over body plan courtesy of Adonis, and 3 days light cardio). I am sure this was a contributing factor, and have rested for 1 week, but i want to get back at it asap. I'll lay of the heavy squats until i get some advice.

Cheers
