Default Knot under shoulder blade!

Hi Folks!
I have a terrible knot under my right shoulder blade. It is very sensitive to the touch and the pain runs down my right arm. It is so bad that I can't do any bicep or back work. Pushing movements are no problem but pulling causes a lot of pain in the elbow and bicep. Anybody know about this?

This MAY be a just a spasm! Now you may have damaged it or something but if it is a spasm here are some things to try. I used to get these all the time and finally my chiropracter/alternative doc helped me.

He gave me Reacted Calicium/Magneisium caplets. After about a week of these I am spasm free! Even when I work out I never get em.

Another thing to try is contrast therapy. Twenty minutes or so of a heating pad then about 10 minutes of cold and then some more heat. The heat tends to work better.

Finally a massage usually does wonders too if you can get it to calm down.

I have tried all of these but by far the Cal/Mag supplements were the best.

Good luck man!

i hurt my.. whatever that is when i accidentally cheat while doing biceps

It doesnt usually hurt as much as you're describing, but its tempting to go around to someone to ask someone to give it a hard massage!!!

I'm sure it will go away on its own, but if you're worried go see a doc
