Default Dry Dumps from Creatine?

Hi all,
Sorry for such a nasty topic.

Ive noticed ever since I started taking creatine again, my craps have been hard and pretty dry (so not much wiping is needed).
Is this normal when you take creatine? Or do I just have very strange bowels?

Thanks!

P.S- I give reps

One of the pre-requisite for creatine is an increase in fluids. Creatine retains water in muscle (especially mono-hydrate) so you need to drink at least a gallon a day on creatine diet. I can't say I've ever experimented such disagreement myself, I drink my fair share of water, and my high-protein diet tends to keep it all soft.
Fibers and greens also help keeping it swift-moving and soft.

as joe bar stated about the water increase needed, its critical towards maintaning healthy kidneys. without proper fluid intake creatine can mess you up. even if you increase your fluid intake and your bowel movements remain hard try adding more fiber in your diet or supplement with metamucil or equivalent. really you dont want to have to be putting up with hemmoirhoid problems when you could take preventive measures now.

if you dont drink enough water, watch out for a kidney stone. it happened to one of my buddies. but like joe bar and wildstang already recommended that, so you would avoid that nasty little side effect.
