wrist pain from curls
i was doing reversed curls a few weeks back and i felt somthing pop in my wrist...and not it hurts like hell to do anything that invalves strain on my wrist...anyone know how to help this heal? or how to keep it from hppening in the future?

first if its still hurting get checked by a doctor. Then try wrist exercises like wrist curls to strenghten your wrist, and drop the weight on your reverse curls, your biceps might be ready for the heavier weight, but it might take alittle more time for your wrists to be.

Definitely get it checked by a doctor first. He/she might refer you to an orthopedic specialist. Either way, I would not work out with the injured wrist until you find out what's wrong. You don't want to make it worse or more permanent. Until you get it checked, remember this acronym:
R= rest (the injured part)
I= ice it 20 min at a time, several times a day if possible
C=compression. Just apply some mild pressure with the ice pace to help keep swelling down
E=elevate it to minimize swelling

look at the angle you were working in, maybe try an ez bar and work with the angles.....when you are okay to do them again, and go light, of course do what was said above and see someone, rice etc.
