Recouperating from Surgery
I finally found a podiatrist that was confident to remove my heel spurs. I had a procedure this week and he removed years of scar tissue, the spur itself, and released the tendon (plantar fasciitus.)
The condition made me compensate and subsequently my knee and lower back suffered.
To save the deductible, I had it done in the office rather than the hospital. I could feel what was happening but he numbed me pretty well so there was minimal pain.
Between this surgery and my new inversion table for my lower back I hope to be back in the gym soon. For now, there's the boredom of recuperation....sigh.

Bouncer, let me know how the surgery for the plantar fasciitis works out for you. I have some similar difficulty.

Well, I can tell that after the recovery process I'll be in pretty good shape. With good weather coming and all the hiking trails here in the northwest, I really hope to be well enough to cover some serious ground.
Currently, I'm sore from the arch all the way up into my calf, but I'm off crutches, the stitches are out and there will be a couple weeks worth of PT. I actually overdid it yesterday. I took my sons to the Seattle zoo, and that was too much to soon. This looks like it's going to take a little longer that I first expected.

Bouncer,
Have you ever tried a cleanse? I work with a company that is the leader in nutritional cleansing. We utilise ionic minerals, vitamins and nutrients and the world's best whey protein (from New Zealand - no pesticides or hormones). I have seen amazing stories of recovery, weight loss/or gain as needed, it's so amazing it's almost unbelievable - Our products turn our bodies into the miracles nature intended them to be. Can I send you some info?

ive read 2 of your posts so far and you appear to be pedaling a product here on EF. if you wouldve read many of his posts you would know bouncer has and is utilizing "cleansing" products to help speed his recovery along.
for your info, some have been booted from EF for spamming. please utilize a better tactic in presenting your product.
