Ok bro's and little sis hear on Extreme Fitness heres the back story for you to chew on . Back In 95 While coming home from a Fire call I was hit head on by a drunk my injuries were broken upper lower jaw cracked all my teeth and left my fronts in the dash the impact was so forceful it pushed the motor on top of me pinning my right leg with my knee in two places under the motor my leg was held together by skin and tendons . MY back was just a mess with 5 lumber either out of place or compressed. from my neck to my butt and to top it off I was paralyzed from the neck down.
Before this accident I was in the gym every night Yes , I was a iron breathing junkie. Had just come off the last week of pct and was looking great. since then I've undergone 22 operations on my knee .most were arthroscopes and clean outs 2 ACL reconstructions and just recent a full reconstruction. As you can guess the body changes I've went through were scary while in the hospital after I got out I lost 53 pounds and it just kept coming off. Now I'm a mere shadow of who I was . I went from 295 at the start of this now I think I'm ruffly 180 if not less now again? So can anyone give me a plan or start to bring gear into this equations and maybe peptides to hurry the growth so I can get back into the swing of things cause this time off is killing me

Need quite a bit more information before we can help.

Are you having any pain? If so, where and how much?
Do you have any physical limitations?
Have you been doing any type of exercise? Give details.
What is your diet like?
How old are you?
Am I reading that you had a total knee replacement? If so, how long ago?
What are your goals?

Looking forward to hearing more

as toons stated we really do need a little more facts and wether or not your still in pt. what your pt states are your weight restrictions for time being and such. also you mentioned gear........do you meen as in steroids? really now they wouldnt be of much good untill you can actually utilize massive amounts of weight to grow again. studies have shown though it is possible to use as in aids patients or cancer patients to stave off wasting away. usually those people dont work out and only gain 5 to 15 pounds depending on activity. another positive way of looking at gear though is it does speed up recovery time (enhanced healing)
but can be quite spendy if used in this manner. i will testify that i used it for my knee surgery recovery after grinding the shit out of it in a motorcycle accident in the service and i healed up at an incredible rate and was walking on it quicker then norm. but i do think conditioning played a big part in the equation. if your intent on using to speed up as your post almost suggests from reading it a couple of times. just do your research and choose wisely wich type would be of more benefit for example deca has joint healing propertys to it in starting the body to release lube propriatory compounds and such.
like i said it is very exspensive used towards healing but it can be done.

stay away from things such as d-bol and anadrol 4 your recovery period because you definitely wont need the added fluid they will bring about. pm forbbs and ask a few suggestions besides the deca. i know if you decide to run deca your still gonna have 2 run test since deca can shut down your natural supply and the whole pct your used 2 doing afterwards.

Hi - I'm new to this so bear with me. I use natural, organic products formulated by the Mineral Man himself, John Anderson. They cleanse the body of impurities and utilize whey protein exclusively from New Zealand where they don't inject their cattle with hormones etc. I have seen many body builders in our organization who only use our products. I have met people who have overcome injuries using these products because they give the body all of the building blocks required for a healthy body. There are many other supplements which assist in building muscle mass. I can send you some more information if you would like.
