Eating habits man, you need to lose some of that fat both cardio and a proper diet (actually healthy lifestyle, diets end u need a healthier lifestyle). The weights are cool but if u are looking for definition, you gotta eat great and do cardio. Give us the foods u eat everyday and how often and what u do for cardio

The past 4 weeks have been shitty eating less meals like four maybe 3.........

Steel cut oats in the moring with raisins, walnuts and Flex seed in it....... a lil skim milk

Hamburger on rye toast with honey mustard for lunch

Water through the day maybe 2 liters

1 shake a day Muscle milk or Nitro cell.......... Glutimine....in milk.......

I will create a meal plan sunday, and go shopping..........

Very little cardio, I thought if I didn't do cardio I'd put more mass on........

Do you guys thing I have the structure to build enough to get on stage,,, I was told I should try to compete in a Light Heavy Weight class..........

You need more fruits and veggies in your diet. You also gotta do the cardio. I beileve if you can get cut (by proper eating and cardio) yeah u could get on stage.

At the point you are at now naw you couldnt do that. You may be able to enter a weight lifting comp, but not a bodybuilding stage.

Proper eating habits and cardio if what u need for definition and fat loss. You already got the 6 pack its just covered up now, you gotta get that cover off.

You mentioned you were cardio shy because you wanted to put more mass on. Ask yourself, what good is mass if its hidden behind fat? You may end up a little weaker but when you see the results in the mirror you won't be dissapointed. After getting used to cardio training you will still be able to put on mass but now it will look all the more impressive. Cardio is important but the biggest factor is food.

Dont forget protien as soon as you wake up. Your body will be in a depleted state then and in great need of it (similar to post workout nourishment). Make your meals in advance and carry around protien bars and multi-vitamins for emergencies. Water can't be over done either.

A few years back when I started training seriously. I had a friend start training seriously too. We were both skinny and wirey. Although we trained seperately I always saw him in the gym and we discussed our progress. The difference was he started on steroids from the gate and I just focused on training and diet. After the first 6 months I had him beat for lean muscle mass. I had put on nearly fourty pounds (I never dreamed I could change my look that much) and he was in the high twentys. Because of that I never had any interest in drugs. A good diet is king.
