Welcome to EF, Conan!
Your pics are impressive. Are you an actor? It looks like you're on a set in the last one.

Wow, your HUGE. Im sure your the intimidator at your gym. I WOULD keep my distancee lol. Actually, thinking of it, I would probably not because I would be listening and asking questions for hours upon hours and filling my head with your knowlege. Good job and keep it up. How long have you been lifting and maybe you could post your workout and meal plan

Hi bluebird, I am indeed an actor.
Luke thanks for the tips on posting images, it was late for me and I ran out of patience.
I have been on these forums for a while, an irregular visitor mainly to read up information, under a generic username I use on multiple forums. now i am introducing myself properly and wil lbe hanging around a bit.
So hello to all!
That image should work - direct from my server

Hi Littlebigs, not am I the biggest in my gym - I am absolutely amazing to the other guys... why? Because I live in Thailand at the moment! The Thai gym instructor who's nickname is Giant only comes to my shoulder
If you are interested in my meal plan and training you can see my latest training session at my site here:
conanstevens.com/content/view/37/53/ - (sorry if this is against rules but it was asked for)
Its a chest and shoulders workout some of the above photos are taken from
I have been lifting now for 20 years - since i was 16

Hi Bester, thanks for that - I am actually pretty good with computers and internet having owned a computer store for about 3 years.
*Hint* never go into a business that operates on 7% margins.
Mudflap - I started training as I used to run long distance and I was 70kg at 6'7" at 16 years old. There was this muscular guy at school, he was a professional break dancer and he trained with weights - he was extremely popular - I wanted to be like him but I did not know how.
Then my mates started weights and they got bigger and I got interested, so they took me to see Conan The Destroyer (yes its a crap movie) and we all sat in Awe of Arnold.
That was it for me, I stopped long distance running and karate, and started the gym.
I put on 20kg in the first 3 months and never looked back.

Stats are all on the website http://conanstevens.com/index.php
There is more info about me there too, plus workouts, diet, photos, video, etc.
I am 7'1/4" and 140Kg at the moment, my goal is to be 150Kg, I do not know my arm measuremtns as I stopped measuring years ago, I found measuring and weighing leads to getting fat, whereas focusing on your look gives a better goal.
These are some old photos showing my height.
The beard was for a pirate movie we were shooting, I don't like it but it does make me look like a bad guy a lot, especially when I am swinging a two handed axe around:
