Me at 295
Ok, I think this is going to work. Basically, this is a bad pic I took a couple of nights ago when I hit 295, a 70 pound loss. I'm going to try and get a couple more up in the next few days. Then, I'll post again every 20 pounds or so till I'm done with the decent.
Remember, I have a face like a catchers' mitt, so be kind.

Congrats on your progress, Bouncer!
Far from a 'face like a catcher's mitt'.
Also, you look about 15 years younger.

Awesome job, Bouncer. And actually you're kind of handsome (and I mean that in a mano a mano, macho sort of way).

Hey Bouncer, good job. I started at 280 and am down to 245, what do you find is working the best for you?

If you check my post in the nutrition and weight loss forum, I give a rundown of my approach. You can also check my blog.
In a nutshell, I avoided carbs unless they came in green veggies, cottage cheese or peanuts. I coupled weights with low intensity cardio (walking.)
I'm a believer in the HITT approach, but as I'm recovering from injuries I've stayed with the lower intensity. Which is not to say that as I felt better, I wasn't lapping people who were walking the same park as me.
Kinda funny to think that I feel light on my feet at 295 but I do, and I'm resisting the temptation to start running until I'm another 20 pounds lighter.
35 pounds is nothing to sneeze at my man. Sounds like you are doing well!

Sorry for the quality, but my this seems to be the best my 14 year old can do. No more caffiene for that boy.
Anyway, this is a back shot taken last night. Good enough to see the progress, I think.
