<------------------ Right there.
Basically my story is that I used to train for football up until 2 years ago when I broke my clavicle. That started a 2 year break for me where the only workout I got was working part time at UPS. That lasted until about 4 months ago when I decided I wanted to try out for my college team. This pic was taken about 2 weeks into it so it basically my natural physique I started with (I was blessed as a mesomorph). I was 179 in the pic and right now I'm about 7-8 lbs heavier with a noticeable drop in body fat. I'm not training for vanity, however, I'm training for strength, power, and explosiveness mainly in my legs since I play wide receiver. I'm hoping to stay under 195 but to get my numbers up in squat, power clean, deadlift, and bench. Hopefully this will all translate into speed and an improved 40 yd time. I had trouble finding the time to stay commited at first because I have to work part time around a full class schedule, so training isn't at the top of my priority list. I fixed that problem though by getting my PT certification. Now I work at a gym so I have no excuses
