your bf? somewhere above 13% since can't see your abs.
bulk without fat? eat accordingly as in aim for 1~2 lbs / month (that's 3500~7000 calories a month above your requirements)... Easy isn't it?
need work? Legs, legs, back, legs, chest, legs

and a bit of abs work won't hurt.
