Alright so this is me for now:




I want to put on a lot more mass obviously.
I REALLY want to keep bodyfat down.
I'm willing to restrict the bulking just to keep fat down.
I mean if i can then it may safe me time.
I wouldn't have to cut!
So please crituqe me and tell me what really needs work!
Also where does my bodyfat range?
I'm flexing only abs in this picture.

You look pretty good and it looks like you have a good foundation. If you want your bodyfat down, do lots of cardio. At your age you can do cardio all day long Keep your diet clean, train hard and heavy and keep protein high. Work all body parts and get a good nights sleep. EVERYTHING needs work. Be consistent! And please do not do AAS.

your bf? somewhere above 13% since can't see your abs.

bulk without fat? eat accordingly as in aim for 1~2 lbs / month (that's 3500~7000 calories a month above your requirements)... Easy isn't it?

need work? Legs, legs, back, legs, chest, legs and a bit of abs work won't hurt.

All information necessary to achieve all this is widely available in this forum, time to read up

i need a new routine. I've been searcing around in the members routine thread and haven't found what im looking for. I really dont like working more than one muscle group in one day. Can someone post up a good routine to work all major muscles in 5 days? Thanks.
