lol at the weird placement of the camera especially in the after2 pic
do you not have a timer mode on your cam?
Post this in the pictures of members section and upload your pics to imagevenue.com and I'll get a mod to delete this thread after. Or just edit your post with the pics uploaded to imagevenue.com and ill get a mod to move this thread

I see some progress. Good job!
You definintely look a little bigger, especially in the chest. It's only been about a month, which is like the first 5 minutes of a movie. So just keep doing what you're doing, and you'll be huge in a few years.
Again, good work! By the way, how much strength have you gained in your lifts?

Military increased to 115 from 90.
Bench increased to 155 from 140(max)
Deadlift(never have done these before a month ago) @190 for 5 reps.
squat(had to correct form) is at 125 for 8 reps(atg)
But now i seem to be doing everything right.
Following a similar routine to the one Insex posted a while back with some minor changes. Increased in weight to about 185 from 173.
I stopped focusing on the iso stuff for now too, just compounds.

Haven't been here in a long time but as a update I started the Bill Starr 5x5 program after ditching my split and it seems to be working real well.(on the 4th wk)
Here are some updates:
Max deadlift: 280lbs
Max bench: 170lbs
Max squat 205lbs
barbell rows 140lbs @ 5 reps
Broke 200lb's a few days ago. Plan on continuing bulking till about 6 more weeks then cut,
Will try and post pics tomorrow.

Awesome stuff man. Just great. Im so proud to see a young guy like yourself who really cares about getting stronger. Trust me, as a young guy myself (16) I know how hard it can be. Just stay dedicated and let nothing stand in your way to your goals. Looking great and strength is awesome.
