Default wizo--aka Warren-pic of me last year and golfing

THe first pic was last year on my cutting phase (weight 200lbs) but i did not do so great and the second was when i was back around 210+. This year i have started cutting late again and my new pic of was i look should be better than that first one. I will post next week my new one for contrast and currently i am 198 down from 212 about a month ago. I think i have retained more muscle and my stomach looks better but its been hard.

Thank you--I have been working hard and plan on taking off a few more pounds hopefully in the midsection area. I will do my best to try and get my diet cleaner and more efficient also.

Thank you!

No i just guess regarding my carbs and figure the gold standard is less is more and to eat good carbs when possible. Basically as early in the day as possible to have fuel to work out.

No scale needed either. I think everyone will find out what portions work for their frame and nutrition. I mean some need more protein or carbs than others and some people need less.

I wish I still looked like that right now...I fell of the train with my diet and everything and also my training went on a hiatis. I was at the time going on a vacation, had not seen my abs in years and was totally motivated. When I got back 2 weeks later I was off to Europe for 2 weeks. Got back from eating shite all the time and since the jet lag was kicking I totally was tired. Kept eating the wrong things and stayed away from the gym. Now its almost December, a good 4 months has passed and I need to start almost all over again.....Dang it..

I will post more pics of my progression. I have lost a lot of size and the belly is catching up with the pecs...

Well--my fat ass has yet to still really make a move on my fitness. I have played more golf in the past 3 months then I would like to remember. I cannot understand why I am so hooked on it and why I cannot manage my time for the gym.

Right now the past 3 weeks I have gotten back to 4 days, then 3 days, then 5 days. So its a little early to call it a come back but hey I got to do something soon...

I get married June 7th. I need to look my best. I use this forum for my motivation and actually look at my posted photos and try to figure out how to get back to that shape as soon as possible.

good job on previous progress. 2 bad u fell off the wagon though and compromised gains. not very many choices, either tons of cardio by itself or combined with an ECA stack or forbbs cut stack. good luck.

Thanks for the pics! You have good mass, now just dial in on the diet and cardio and you'll be in competition shape!

5 weeks out is tough - you can really only drop something like 10 pounds of fat. If you think you're still carrying the muscle mass underneath the extra, I'd say that you may find it easier to drop more, but it'd take drugs to drop more than 15 (maybe an extra couple of water, too - say 20 total).

So that much is doable, but it'll be tough with all the planning and dinners that you've probably got scheduled. Congrats on the marriage, though!

Well I am super embarassed to post this but this is part of my motivation. I figured seeing my picture would help me keep going. I have tried the last few months to get back into shape but keep falling off the band wagon seems to be my favorite song. I really have been playing a huge amount of golf lately which seems to take up my time after work and weekends.

Last week I bit the bullet and asked for a trainer. I started monday with him and worked on some strength training again last week. He has me doing supersets this week with a lot of running and spiking of my heart rate.

So here it goes. I got 3 weeks till I get married. I want to look my best for the wedding and honeymoon so I figured balls to the wall again. Hang up my sticks for a few weeks also...maybe not completely..haha

As you can see I am a fattttt fuccher. But I will do my best and show the results later on. Hopefully I can look like the one photo last year.

Here is another photo after some serious food poisioning. I had my bachelor party in Miami over the weekend and got extremely sick. I was almost hospital bound but this is a photo today after I got out of bed.

I guess it helped with the diet. I got two more weeks. I not well enough to workout for another few days but I think I might be on the way.
