Hey EF....here's some recent pics of me...little background...I quit working out bout 2 years ago due to job duties and a serous injury...during that time I ballooned to 220 lbs. I got back inot my old regimen about 6 months, and I've put on 10-15 lbs of muscle and weigh about 185(still have a long way to go though)....lemme know what you think.
