Gunslinger77 Before and After
My wife and I are starting a clean diet today. We will be following the guidelines of the T-Dawg diet. I hope to soon see visible results, as well as improvements in excercises involving speed, endurance, and explosive bodyweight movements.
Today--May 24, 2008--I weighed myself, performed a round of bodyweight movements, ran 1 mile, and took pictures, all of which incicate where I am as to my fitness level before starting the diet.
Standing vertical jump - 21"
Pullups - 19
Pushups - 44
40 yard sprint - 5.2
mile - 8:39

I'll post a new round of updates here in a few weeks.

Actually I've done some tests this weekend. There was progress, which I'm very happy about. I'll have my wife take the pics this afternoon and I'll post them this evening.
Thanks for the interest, guys.

Alright, I have had some trouble getting my wife to take my pic. It seems like it would be an easy task, but... Anyway, my vacation starts this afternoon, so I'll get that taken care of.
But, here are some of the results--I don't want anyone to think I'm dragging my feet.
Standing Vertical Jump - 22-1/4" (+1-1/4")
Pull-ups (1 set max) - 21 (+2)
Pushups (1 set max) - 51 (+7)
Mile - 7:56 (-45 seconds) - I'm seriously stoked about that one.
Weight - 183 lbs (-6 lbs)
The pic is soon to follow.
