Nice upper body mass! Looks like you're at a great point to lean-out.. judging from the looks of it, the results will be impressive. Keep lifting heavy and eating broccoli!

thought id throw in a back pic from when i weighed alittle more...this really has no relevance to now, because im 25lbs lighter...but what ze hell..

285 then? i know your tall in all but 285 in the pick is kinda pushing it i think. but thats just me. who knows im only 6'2" and weigh 238lbs so i guess its possible. but yea anyways the last pic posted is much better then previous. goes to show you shouldnt of skipped out on the lost gym time.

True...

but I actually wasn't pushing it to be honest. I could still have filled out my frame to about 310 and still look relatively proportionate.... i just have a big frame.
