The buttox will come if you squeeze it tight on leg exercises. Lunges are great for that, squeeze it at the top of your squats, squeeze it when you are doing cardio on the stairs. Do hack squats on a machine and squeeze at the top. Squeeze at the top of deadlifts.
Calves are tough, you can either get em huge or not at all. Remember this choosing calf routines, your body is perfectly capable of lifting your body weight on 1 calf raise. You do tens of thousands of times a day when you walk. Go heavy, heavy,heavy on your calf exercises. Dont make your form suffer though, dont go so heavy you cause injury to your feet and ankles, but go heavy.
Don't neglect your upper body. You can't just do legs and calves every day. Work in some arm, chest, shoulder and back routines as well. Great programs here on the board for newbies.
