the wind was blowing in and out of my shirt,that way it looked liked i had a gut which i did 'nt
if anything I had hgh gut which which will cut you to the bone,its that good but expensive.
my arms were close to 20 inches,course that came from, cheating also

IMF, how much do you weigh in the last pic? Do you find that your arm size varies a lot with overall weight fluctuation?
Toonces, looking ripped, man. Staying in contest shape year-round, eh? Nice biceps peak.

yes tidalwave my size of my muscles changed with my weight,I carried a lot of water from
269 to 235 so yes it greatly varied.thanks for asking.I could not use either one of my arms to
scratch my shoulders,very very strong,but little flexibility.I guess it was a trade off but after
a few years it got old,I walked around like an elderly man and I hated it.Thats one of the main
reasons I quit steroids,not all steroids bulk you up like that but I wanted to be the biggest
and the strongest,I wasn't either one,but I was so vain I would not give up,I benched 405x8
and with a weight lifting shirt,jacket I am sure 500 was easily obtainable,but it was some guys with shirts doing close to 575/610 so I wasn't close to being in their league,thats for sure.
