Yes but would that mean you'd turn down sex so it's doesn't affect your training? I know I wouldn't!
Though I would abstain the day before a competition or whatever.

Sex drops your T levels for about a week, by a very insignificant amount.

If people start saying that it drops test levels, I'll just be willing to file this one in the "don't know, don't care" cabinet.

"Women makes your legs weak."
- From Rocky the movie
Honestly, I do not know if sex reduces testosterone levels significantly. But I am curious to find out. However, I am a preacher of moderation. So under that logic, I am sure that too much sex could be a bad thing.

if it does reduce testosterone levels, well shit, i'm willing to take one for the team on this one...
because as great as it feels to accomplish a goal in the gym it feels infinantly better to accomplish the greatest mystery in all the land... and that is pleasing a woman

Sex also burns calories. To my knowledge that would be the most preferable way to get lean. You can supplement testosterone with precursors but as of yet I don't believe you can supplement sex. Is it really that big of an issue? I have never, ever heard of anyone considering abstaining from sex....maybe powerlifters before a meet?

CALORIES BURNED DURING SEX!!!
The Act of Insertion
If the man is ready (same vice-versa) 1/4 calories
If the woman is not (same vice-versa) 274 calories
Satisfying Partner (organ size)
Most experts agree that size means nothing. Shape is what counts, and the man with a shaped organ can write his own ticket. In those rare instances where a man has a genuinely small member, he may have to compensate by working slightly harder, but this is good for weight loss. A man with a really large organ, while he might not have to work as hard once inside, may exhaust himself just trying to convince his partner to let him put it inside.
Normal size 22 calories
Oversize 15 calories
Tremendous 8 calories
Teensy-weensy 163 calories

Think of it more like; Testosterone affects the sex in your life. The more test you have, the more likely you will be to have sex. Specifically the more free testosterone you have (as opposed to total test levels).
High test = high sex drive; male or female

Will working out increase your testosterone levels?
I used to live a premiscous lifestyle, with many many many women. I currently change my lifestyle and I'm actually in a happy relationship with a 25 yr old virgin, total sweetness and I want to marry her.
anyhow, since I started working out, it seems like my sexual arousal and thoughts of sex have sky rocketed. I have to fight double time. and its even harder knowing how I used to live, that I could just go out and find a girl.
its all I think about, and I'm wondering if its becuase of the increase in my health?

In the long-run, a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise will increase testosterone levels and overall health.
