Interview with god
So, lately I've been taking a lot from this forum
and I think I can give a little too. So heres something a friend showed me
a long time ago and recently I found it in my bookmarks and searched the forums
to see if anyone else had posted it. I didn't see anything, so here it is.
The Interview With God
Just follow the link and click "View Presentation"
The person who showed me this actually did not even believe in god and he
himself liked the presentation, so those members who may not be religious please just give it a try. Its only a couple of minutes.

Funny! I don't remember giving this interview? I also don't remember allowing it to be recorded and released. This individual will be hearing from my lawyer!!!
Just kidding... before all the extremists harp on me!
I actually liked it as well.

I actually managed to click the link before I said "ehhh" and couldn't take it.
I think it was the combination of the "get inspired now! network" and the clouds.

ok, maybe the clouds were a little cheesy... but it's the message behind it that I thought was cute.

much like pliny, i couldnt make it through either. About the 3rd page of clouds, sappy music and 3 or 4 word screens, i just assume someone had posted the test so i could skim through it rather than waste my time sitting through framed clouds. Unlike in the "interview with himself" i dont have eternity.

I really liked the presentation. It is times like these when we need to be reminded that we are God's children. I especially liked the following quotes:
"That they get bored with childhood, they rush to grow up, and then long to be children again."
"That they lose their health to make more money, then lose their money to restore their health."

The messages were fine, but it left much to the intellectual honesty of the argument itself. If a human has to come up with things that make people feel good about god, that's kinda sad.

Well maybe... but even if it had nothing to do with god, there were some nice quotes in there that could make people think and maybe enjoy life and be a little bit of a better person ... I think that's all it is anyway- not necessarily to make you believe in god but to make you look at certain things differently... . For example the qutoes that insex pointed out:
"That they get bored with childhood, they rush to grow up, and then long to be children again."
"That they lose their health to make more money, then lose their money to restore their health."
don't you agree?

Well I'm glad some of you liked it. That was what I was shooting for
I wasn't trying to force religion upon you in anyway or make you believe what I believe. I think that most everyone would agree that many of those quotes are true and maybe give you a little bit of inspiration.
