A little help...
Hey all you seasonal runner and or track stars,
I am really looking for a really intense cardio ruitine that really targets your core. I run 2.5 miles everyday anD I do sprints in my yard like twice a week. But, I am really looking for somethings to get me even harder around the core and every where else than I am already. If you have any suggestions than please feel free to tell what you ve done that has given great results. I really would like to kick up the intensity a notch so please help.
