Default A little help...

Hey all you seasonal runner and or track stars,

I am really looking for a really intense cardio ruitine that really targets your core. I run 2.5 miles everyday anD I do sprints in my yard like twice a week. But, I am really looking for somethings to get me even harder around the core and every where else than I am already. If you have any suggestions than please feel free to tell what you ve done that has given great results. I really would like to kick up the intensity a notch so please help.

I don't really do any intense core/cardio stuff. What I do is pilates 3 times a week at a kinda low intensity and run 5-6 days a week at6:30 pace and about 40-45 miles per week. I just started training seriously this year and I needed to lose about 15 lbs. I've been doing the running and pilates combined since Feb15. It's worked great. I've lost all the weight and feel much better. Plus, my running has gotten much faster than last year.

I guess this isn't exactly a precise routine. It's what I do and it's seemed to work.
