Default Running on off days

I lift weights MWF and run Tuesdays and Thursday. Is the running hampering my attempts to build lean muscle?

from experience i'll say i have not been able to build lean mass when i'm doing alot of miles but i'm no expert on lifting. i think if its just a couple of miles two days a week it shouldn't be such a big deal, though.

you'll be fine as long as you keep the mileage under about 25 miles a week.
